At Money Penny LLC security is top of mind for our internal sensitive documents, customer data and employees. While our offices are located in Chennai, our servers are in the USA and adhere to the strictest security measures and remains totally compliant with industry regulations including Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), HIPAA HITECH NIST, Graham Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), Sarbanes Oxley Act, SOC 2 and more. 

Below are examples many of these security protocols we practice in our daily operations:

• Our team members have dedicated desktops that connect IP-IP to our servers in the US via Coaxis Cloud. 
• No printers, microphones, audio recorders, mobile devices, purses, backpacks or paper are allowed in any of the work areas.   
• All individuals who enter our work areas are required to authenticate via a biometric scan up entering and exiting.
• All phones and personal belongings are locked into secure storage lockers before entering any of the working areas.
• We have 3 separate conference rooms that are used for client zoom meetings. 
• All cloud apps are accessed from our US servers and using the Practice Protect password program.    
• We actively conduct annual reviews by our third-party cyber security firm, Tech 4 Accountants. 
• All of our account managers and process manager are located in the US. 
• Slack is used 24/7 to keep our teams connected real-time. 
• We provide a daycare center and kitchen on the first floor and the work areas are on the second floor along with all managers and HR partners.
